Bachelorette Party

We are a group of ten girls. We are all looking super cute in our pink-red t-shirts. We are from different countries, from across continents. On the front part of our self-made T-shirts, it reads "Bride-security whereas on the back side is just our name on it.

We meet at one of our friend´s place.

Every one brings something small to eat and we have a great international late lunch at the amazing back yard garden. Our Bride-to-be has not the slightest clue. As her fiance drops her to the location she is super surprised to see all of us there (At least that what we think...).

The weather is incredible. The sun is warm, not too hot to make sweat patches on the axillae of our pink-red t-shirts, and not too cold to have us cover our pink-red Ts with some pulli or jacket. The weather gods are definitely on our side today! Perfect to sit outside or hang on a hangong chair sipping some delicious lillet wild berry drinks.

Did i stress it well enough that our t-shirts are pink-red ;-)!?

We have our international lunch and i must admit that the "Nussecken" and the "strawberry-muffins" blew my mind away.  We forgot to ask if anyone was vegetarian, so one of us ends up eating just bread and dip... So sad.

The girls are in a great mood. The Bride-to be has to pass a test of 10 questions on the groom before the day can go on. To every wrong answer she takes a "Jäger-meister" shot! 5 out of 10. Its a close pass. But not good enough yet.

So we have another test for her. This time, her full body  deployment is required.

We arrive at the event location. No one is really sure of that which awaits us, because today we want to learn Burlesque.

WTH is that, you ask?

Most of us have not heard of this word before either, but we are ready for an adventure anyway.

Our Burlesque teacher sweet-chili is just as sweet as her name sounds. She is almost our age i guess, if not slightly older. She offers to host in English.

The class is in three sessions:

First a warm-up. Which really gets us all sweating...

then the High-heels walking

and last but not least; the choreography.

The highlight is a solo performance of the bride-to be. Which earns her a certificate.

It is around eight in the evening now, which means that its party time.

We first want to grab some cock-tails to get us into dancing mood.

The problem is: we can not get any bar to welcome us in.

In-fact some shut the door in-front of our faces.

Others clearly told us that they don´t welcome any people on bachelor/bachelorette parties.

We are getting frustrated. The girls in high-heels can not take it anymore.

We are strolling around the city feeling quite unwanted and unwelcome.

Now and then we meet hilarious groups of people also on bachelor-parties.

This lightens our mood a little bit.

We finally find a "Gasthof" where we can have a table.

Huraaa! Somewhere where we are actually welcome!

We get 10 Radlers...(so much about grabbing lady-like cock-tails :-)) and 4 portions of Pommes.

Its a beautiful night, but we are all tired. (Damn that makes me feel old...).

We head back home and call it a night!!!

PROST! TO THE BRIDE!!!

Thanks lovelies for reading,

Lots of luv,
